Tea Leaf Salad

Staple side salad in Burmese meals! Roasted Peanuts, Slices of fried garlic, fresh fava beans, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, tomato, jalapenos, fish sauce and romaine lettuce tossed with imported (Burmese) tea leaf dressing. (Vegetarian upon request)

Hand-made daily - Fried Burmese style wrapped samosas are stuffed with smashed potatoes, burmese falafel, cabbage, red onion, mint, jalapenos, housemade tamarind puree and masala spice placed on top of homemade yellow Daal ( lentil ) soup.

Deep fried with assorted vegetables in egg roll wrapper. Serve w/ homemade tamarind dipping sauce.

Crispy veggie eggrolls served over a bed of romaine lettuce, cucumbers & red onions. Drizzled with homemade tamarind vinaigrette.

Burmese version of a crispy pancake! Flaky & buttery layered bread served with homemade coconut curry dipping sauce.

Homemade golden bag stuffed with sauteed onions, smashed potatoes & a touch of curry spice in a flour wrap. Deep fried and serve with homemade tamarind sauce.

Crispy Chicken Gyoza

Deep fried dumpling filled with ground chicken and assorted vegetables. Served w/ homemade tamarind dipping sauce.

Fish Noodle Soup (Mohinga)

National Burmese dish! This rich broth contains finely minced fish-fillet infused with lemongrass, ginger, onion, garlic, turmeric & fish sauce served with rice vermicelli noodles. Side of cilantro, chili flakes, lime, Chinese donut (fried dough) and sliced boiled egg served also for garnish.

Silver(Glass)Noodle Soup (KyarSanChat)

Fresh, light & flavorful chicken stock broth made with shredded chicken breast meat, black wood ear mushroom, fried bean curd, yellow onions, quail eggs and black pepper. Served with glass noodles and a side of cilantro, sliced red onions, chili flakes and lime for garnish.

Coconut Noodle Soup

A must try! This fragrant & flavorful creamy soup has cubed chicken cooked with coconut milk, onion, garlic, paprika, turmeric & is served with egg noodles. Side serving of cilantro, freshly sliced red onions, sliced broiled egg, chili flakes & lime is a must for added flavor. Goes great with a side of Paratha too!

Nan Gyi Noodle Salad

Thick rice noodle salad made with small cubed chicken breast marinated in curry sauce. Tossed with julienned cabbage, lime juice, chickpea bean powder & fish sauce. Topped with cilantro, sliced broiled egg, lime, sliced red onions & crispy rice noodles. Served warm.

Nan Pya Noodle Salad

Flat flour noodle salad made with small cubed chicken breast marinated in curry sauce. Tossed with julienned cabbage, lime juice, chickpea bean powder & fish sauce. Topped with cilantro, sliced broiled egg, lime, sliced red onions & crispy rice noodles. Served warm.

Rice Stick Noodle tossed with Tofu in Tomato & Five Spices Sauce. Garnished with green onion.

Garlic Noodle (See-Kyat Kyauk-Swe)

Choose of Braised Chicken OR Pork OR Tofu.
Flat Egg noodles tossed with garlic oil, soy sauce and crispy garlic, top with green onion.

Melt-in-your-mouth pork belly braised & marinated overnight with soy sauce, sugar & salt.

Fried rice with steamed yellow split pea beans and fried yellow onions. Topped with fried egg.

Burmese Style Chicken Kabobs

Wok tossed diced chicken cooked with onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, chili paste, turmeric and authentic Burmese curry spices. Garnished w/lime wedge on side.
